Loose sheets in portfolio, 7 x 10 inches, enclosed in full linen clamshell box with leather label on spine by Gray Parrot. Limited to only 25 sets including 20 original etchings printed on J. B. Green English Etching paper & one original pencil drawing signed by Schwartz, each portfolio also contains an original etched vignette on the colophon page, which is also signed by the artist. As new. Aubrey Schwartz, a noted etcher & sculptor, is Professor of Art at the State University of New York. Among book collectors, he is perhaps best known for his illustrations to Anthony Hecht's <PI>Predatory Birds<P>, published by the Gehenna Press in 1958.
