Clark, who had earlier reviewed The Hawk in the Rain, also reviewed Lupercal, and a typescript of his enthusiastic review, which lead to his acquaintance and friendship with Hughes, is laid in. 8vo, original maroon cloth, dust jacket. A fine copy in a very good dust jacket which is a little sunned, and a bit rubbed, at the spine. With Clark's bookplate on the front end-sheet.
